The Myakka Music Festival is a homegrown celebration of music, land, and community in Myakka City, Florida.

What started as a simple gathering has grown into a full day of live music, local flavor, and small-town magic. We showcase a mix of local and regional musicians, roots and Americana, singer-songwriters, and bands that fit the relaxed, country-creative spirit of Myakka.

Our festival takes place at Dagmar’s Ranch, a beautiful open-air setting where you can listen to music under wide skies, surrounded by pastureland and oak trees.

The festival’s visual symbol is the Cosmic Cow – a fun, colorful reminder that Myakka is both grounded in the land and wildly imaginative at heart.
